Problem with Radiator Automatic Switch ]

few dayz back i installed thermostat called as radiator automatic switch which is used to make the radiator fan to swtich on after some time but not at the start .I want to ask few question that when temp needle reaches upto 25 percent the fan start up and the needle will remain there at that positon but when my fan of radiator was direct the needle dont even move upto 10 percent . and some mechainic told me to do attach a radiator switch coz while starting in morning the cng car some tym that fan( if it is direct) ll effect the battery anyhow tell me the if the temp needle is upto 25 percent ll it effect any thing ? or its fine and what basically is the use of that radiator thermostat nd can we make it much senstive that when needel reaches 10 percent means just starting to rise the fan ll start up ..and one more question my radiator fan is much noisy ..plz ans my all the questions thnx nd han i have mehran

Same was the case with my Mehran, exactly 100%.

but if u have seen the switch by urself then it's nothing other than a peice of metal that when becomes hot expands and the circuit of fan is completed and fan starts, so i dont think that the %age (25%) can be any more lowered.

i think that it's okay... and i got it converted to automatic as i wanted the heater to b functional...
