Problem with Speed/Motion after Tuning

Hello guys, i am back with a thread i hope to get massive information here as well. Thanks in advance for helping me out. I drove my Alto VXR from Peshawar to sarghoda and then Sarghoda to Peshawar,(1300+ KM) it went up to the speed of 140-43 Max on motorway (on Petrol). When i came back to peshawar i replaced the engine oil and the showroom workshop technicians tuned it up so i could use CNG on it. Now the problem is it aint going over the speed of 110 on CNG and not over 120 in Petrol. Why is that ? Is something wrong with the engine or do i need to retune it ? Every bit of help will be appreciated.

recheck air/gas mixture setting.will have to run it rich on gas to get higher top speed.(avg wont be good though)

probably they blocked the air intake for cng. that will cause loss of performance in drive on petrol
