Prosmatec transmission in Auto Vti 2000

Can i have a prosmatec tranny installed in my vti oriel 2k automatic? Would there be major modifications required? any cost estimates? any performance issues that may pop up? would appreciate specific expert response. Thanks!

i am not sure if they are compatible or not but prosmatec tranny is really hard to find in second hand.
my mechanic had a vti with burnt cluthes(on motorway). the prosmatec gear was costing 60 thousand bux
