1.can two cars with same bhp have different torque...?
2.can anyone define bhp and torque ?
and which of the two effects more to the max.power output ?

1)Yes it is possible to have two cars with same bhp and different torque ratings.OR two with same torque but different bhp ratings.

2)- Maximum acceleration at any speed occurs at the HP peak.
- Maximum acceleration in any gear occurs at the torque peak
- HP=torque * RPM / 5252
- torque=HP * 5252 / RPM
- torque=HP at 5252 RPM
Remember that the magic number 5252 works only with torque in ft-lbs units. Torque in other units such as Newton Meters or kg-m require a different number.
This is a theoritical relation which might not hold true in all cases.

REMEMBER torue is the abilty of Horsepower to do useful work.

Brake horsepower (bhp) is the measure of an engine's horsepower without the loss in power caused by the gearbox, generator, differential, water pump, and other auxiliary components.
