R13/165/65 problem?

i have installed r13/165/65 tyres in my car........when it is loaded wid 5 persons it get hit to the top on odd bumps?

how can i get rid of this problem?

Its definitely a mehran. Brother go to da kamani maker and tell him to give (TARR) to the kamani. and in front use ext or spacer.
