Race Spec Engine Builds?

i would just like to ask is there any place in pakistan that specialise in race engine builds for example boring, honing, skimming, forging out etc? for cars like subarus and evoz?

I saw this man in khi Faheem theres not boring and honing for the large forged pistons, no forging done here, what's the use when you Wiseco pistons, cp, arias, etc. you get forged?
