Radiator Fan

I have bought a Cultus recently and found its radiator fan is direct. Now i am wondering wheather to keep it as it is or make it indirect. ? Your openion plz.

Make it automatic asap.......... if the engine operates cold most of the time and doesn't reach the optimum operating temperature........... reduced engine life is guaranteed.......
