REAR SPEAKERS SOLUTION IN VITZ 2003!!!

im having vitz 2003. it have front factory speakers n i installed 2 years back a mp3 player of pioneer. pioneer mosfet. i want 2 install kenwood or pioneer speakers 4 rear which can come around 3thousand used. so wht shud i doo 4 fitting. cng to hai nai. board main surak too karwaoo ga nai its original. any suggestions?
