Rear Wheels Skidding

my cousion has a mark2.. and its havng a problem.. whn ever fast or hard turns are taken the cars rear wheels skids very badly and thn it becomes really impossible to control the car ..watz the reason behind it. . and wat wuld b its solution ..? wat r the precautions to stop this. ? (except tht dont take fast turns. )
