Recommend Engine Oil For My Honda Civic 2009 150,000 ODOMETER Readings

Hello, a few months ago I bought my First Car Honda Civic 2009 Its Odometer readings were at 150,000.

The Problem is I dont know which Engine would be best for my car. That is Why I came here to ask the experts.

I asked the previous owner of the car what engine oil was He using and He told me 20w-50 as far as I know, it is thick and not suitable so please guide me.
