Recommend Tyres for Santro!!

Hello Everybody
Going to purchase Santro shortly and plan to swap tyres/wheel hub with alloy rims and radial tyres. I request information on following:
1. Better radial tyre brand/manufacturer?
2. What is to look when buying alloy rims, and radial tyres
3. Also recommend a good shop in Rawalpindi, preferably in Canntt/ Sadar Bazar. for rims/tyres.

In santro they rim size is 13" but its low profile. I have 13/60/175 in my santro. They are dunlop and costed 2400 per tyre. You can also go for Sanga tyres (indonasia) which are around 1900 per tyre if you are short on cash. Do not go for bridgestone are there are many prolem in current stock.
