Recommendation Needed for 4x4

Im in the market for an old and reliable 4x4 vehicle that can fit within my budget of 3 to 3.5 million. Ill be using it mostly for city driving, but I also want the option to take it off-road on occasion. Can anyone recommend a brand and model that fits these criteria? Thank you.

If youre thinking of purchasing a vehicle, I highly recommend getting a petrol 2.7 Toyota Surf from the 1996-2002 model years, but only after conducting a thorough pre-purchase inspection from a reputable 4x4 workshop. And if youre still unsure about which vehicle to choose, I suggest test driving a Toyota Surf 2.7 and comparing it to other options.
