Registration HEADACHE !

Hi Guys . . .
I Bought a 10 Seater CHANGHAN KAGHAN Last Saturday
@ 5,55,000 Rs with 6,000 Rs Frieght goes to aggregate 5,61,000 Rs. .
Ok Here its Simple !
But the real pain is that Today i went to the Excise Office and was Nearly Dead to hear that As its a 10 seater van so it will be registered @

5550 Rs 1% of Vehicle
+ 4000 Rs Half year reg charge
+ 1000 Rs For No. Plate
+ 1500 Rs For Wealth Tax

=12050 . . .(REAL TIME PAIN IN THE A**)

+ he was sayin that as it is a 10 seater soo 8000rs per anum will be its Token Tax . . .

MAN ! !
i am real time trapped ! ! !
I cant pay such dues per Year !
I bought that van for family and Now WHAT can i doo . . .?
its un reg for a WEEK . . .

+ on the other hand My BOLAN is 7 seater But it is Reg as it is 4 seater and is charged as 540Rs Per Anum

So The QUESTION is that Can anything can be done so that the car could be registered as 4 seater Not 10 Seater ???
(i can pluck the other seats out but in IMPORT DOCs its decl as 10 seater)

Token for fedral capital (isb) is low and places like swat etc i heard have low token rates. u can get the van registered from there
or
take the extra seats out somehow
