Required a part of CNG kit

I need a part of CNG kit, I do'nt exectly know what this thing is exectly called. I am attaching the image. This part is installed near the engine.

I am having problem with my XLI, it is dropping RPM as soon as I leave the accelerator, The mechanic told me the there is some problem with this part of the kit and we only need to replace this pat not the complete kit.

Please let me know from where I can get this part and how much it will cost me.

Does anybody else exprienced this droppoing RPM issue?

Please help.
