Reverse Gear Brakes Sound

My cuore gives a grrrrrr sound when i apply brakes and in reverse gear. Especially while dismounting a slope. Can anybody tell me what is it about and its solution?

change ur front brake pads, i think k wo khatam ho gae hain ya hard ho gae hain, and do install original one coz local ya low quality can effect disks...
open ur front tyre and see the thickkness of pads of both ones.so,u'l answer ur self
