Rings problem

Hi, my Mehran car smokes a lot in morning and when started after hours.
Then it disappears after travelling 1-2 kms. Also Engine oil level is decreasing means its burning oil. Mechanic suggest me to change engine rings. should i proceed with this ? or better to replace car as many told me that engine problems will not end. what will be the cost to do this job ??

Also Make Sure Oil Is Not Reducing Due To Bad Valve Seats....!!
What Happen Is Oil Is Moving All Around Engine In Running Condition...When You Switch Off Engine....The Oil Starts To Move Down Toward Chamber...If Valve's Are Leaking...They Allow Oil To Get Inside Chamber....!!
When You Start Again That Oil Burns Causing White Smoke ...And Will Disappear As All Oil Gets Burn....!!
So In This Sense It Reduce and Burn Oil...!!
If Any 3S Suzuki Dealer Is Kind Enough..He Can Determine Problem Using Compression Tester Performing Dry And Wet CR Test....!!
It Can Be Either Bad Rings Or Valves Leaking
