RPM Change problem

i have a cultus VXR 2004. it has a problem that it Rpm changes (vibrates) sometimes it is on 1500 rpm and some times less than1000 plz experts help me .

Just The RPM Needle Or Actually Engine Vibrates...
If Its Just RPM Needle Vibrating While Engine Is All Good Idling Or Revving.....!! Check The RPM Signal Wire..Might Get Loose Causing This Problem....!!
