RPM Droppage - Expert Help Required

My car Honda City - 98, drops RPM when i intially start it.

Secondly, when the engine is cold, in the morning, it is really difficult to start it on CNG... Even on Petrol it is having trouble..

During the day, the car starts with half-self...

Can somebody suggest what might be the problem ?

When was the car last tuned? I agree with attie4, there could be a number of things. Just adding to what he said, check for correct operation of the following.

1. Battery.
2. Spark Plugs, wires and ignition coil.
3. Dynamo.
4. Distributor.

Does the car run well after starting up? Is it particularly cold where the car is parked at night? Is the radiator fan direct?
