RPM Problem

Hi, I have a 1998 Nissan Sunny EX Saloon (Petrol, Manual).

The problem is that on idling the engine the RPM goes down to like 400 and then go back to the normal i.e. 900 or so RPM. Another related problem is that upon pickup in 1st gear (2nd on slow speed) the RPM goes down to the same 300-400 range and then goes up.

I have cleaned the throttle body through corroborator spray but that still didn't provide any relief, please let me know what can I do or where shall I consult regarding the above problem.

P.S. I had my car inspected on Nissan World Auto Mobiles, Sahahrah-e-Faisal but they don't seem to have a clue about it.
