Rpm problem

Rpm problem

guys i was gna buy an rpm for my santro,but when i got it fitted,the rpm only went till like 3 or 4 on the meter an the rev's were locking (i.e its an efi).....can anyone help me as to how i can get this fixed as i really need an rpm in my car...btw its a '04 exec model....

dude if u have the box fr ur rpm meter or an owners manual check it im sure its fr a 4 cylinder car .. i knw a frnd who has exactly the same problem ... the rev doest pass 4 or 5 ... and the santro is a 3cylinder car rite ?
