Rpm raise

i want to raise the rpm of my car a bit...can i do it myself or shud i consult a mechanic?

U can do it urself not a big deal but ask a mechanic its hardly a 2 mins job. B/w y u want to raise the RPM ny problem or just wanna experiment something.
