Safety During CNG Refueling?

Dear Friends,

Just wanted to ask you all and experts that during the high pressure CNG refuelling which is the best place to be.....meaning if there is a CNG high pressure leakage or the CNG cylinder Failure?

1) Inside your car/ vehicle? or
2) Outside a Car / Vehicle?

I know that if a cylinder fails there is a massive explosion but still what is the best practice as a safety precaution?

i think recomended is 200 PSI ,rest experts will guide..

Actullay cylinder lignites igniting the fumes of gas...or it may behave like missle in massive leakeage
