Santro 05 Break oil level decreased very oftenly

I've observed that the break oil of my santro decreased very oftenly. once the bottle was fully empty and i was obseving the break light on the odo meter but assuming might be some cable issue, but when open the hood, break oil was fully empty. filled it upto the maximum and after 1 week when observe again, level decreased to half inch from the maximum line.
showed to mechanic, he says its due to disk pads as i am not observing any leakage under the car while parking for night and during day time. when open the wheel to check the pads, that seems ok and mechanic says keep it running and there's no problem, but i have to fill break oil frequently after 1 week to keep it on the maximum level.
kindly advise wheat would be the problem and give some proper solution.
