Santro Club Hi RPM problem

The RPM of my Santro club is really very high. I think the RPM should be around 750 rpm but my car's RPM are about 1100.

Is this because of any censor or any other issue and whta's the best place to go for solving the issue(Mechanic/Workshop/Hyundai Showroom) ?

Are you talking about idle RPM?
Are there any accessories that are turned on when you are observing higher RPM?
