Santro problem--urgent

i just hve changed the CLUTCH PLATE of my Santro.. but uss say GEAR tight hu gaya ha santro ka..

Wesey Rukki gaari ka gear nahi hota ha.. lekin jab start karo tu PEHLA aur DOSRA gear Bohat SAKHT hu gaya ha Mushkil say lagta ha....

tu asal chakar kia ha??? Clutch plate NEW honay ki waja sy tu nhi??

Did you take it back to the mechanic who changed the cluch?

If you changed the cluch yourself, I guess you might need to tighten the clutch too so that it can press further when you press. (if it is cable driven?)
