Self Jamed on morning

When I start my mehran 2007 in morning the self feels like jammed. But when the car is warm everything feels ok. Is this self problem or battery problem. Thanks

As per my knowledge its the self... u might b hearing a voice like " Klick Klick" wen u try to start the car... wat i have seen is that the object that moves back n forth wen u give self doesnt move back n forth ...it needs cleaning... I had it cleaned a month ago... (well at the moment that objects name is out of my mind)...u'll find this object to the right of engine n to the left of the battery ..its like a rocket shape..
Easy Job: if u strike it with a hard item it will start moving back n forth ...u'll car will start
