Serious problem with the car Mehran

i have mehran 2007 model and its milage is 22000, the car is currently running on CNG. when my car cross the speed of 80km/hr, the car start to shake, it have some ziig zag motion, the car moves right and left a bit.........................plz huys helpp me out and suggest some solutions

Allignment and Wheel Balanced must be required
get them done asap as it becomes dangerous to keep driving the car with this problem
