Shifting from Petrol to CNG

Aslaam-o-Alaikum
I have a 2003 Suzuki Baleno 1.3 L , JXL , Factory fitted CNG.

My ride is consuming a lot of petrol before shifting to CNG in winter cold days, because it needs the engine temperature to be raised up to a certain level before shifting to CNG, which is not acceptable to me.

Now my question is.

Is there any setting in "Advancer or Emulator" which can ignore the engine temperature and shift to CNG quickly (time based or RPM based)?
