Should i buy Aqua S grade o r G gradeUrgent

I want to buy Aqua S grade o r G grade urgently. I want some opinions and suggestions from the members already using o r have used Toyota Aqua.
1. The Toyota Aqua S Grade with key price is 17.35 lac final. It is four grade car and its odometer reading is 100230. The car is in the silver color and has not repaired ever and there are no scratches. I will show it to mechanic to check its engine functionality and condition.
2. The second options is Toyota Aqua G package 4 grade car. it has been driven 101000 kms and the color of the car is black. The Toyota Aqua G price is 18.60 final.
Now I want to know that is the price is ok for both cars? Should I buy o r the price are high.
I will appreciate your opinions.
