Sluggish pick up and RPM drop Baleno JXR 2004

I am a new owner of Baleno. There are a few problems i need your advice on.

1. When the cars moves from IDLE the RPM drops.
2. At the same time the car is sluggish. I have to press half clutch to get it on to a steep road. When sluggish nothing happens even if i press full throttle. Pick return at 2.5K RPM.
3. This problem is only when the car moves from complete stop.
4. Happens on Petrol and CNG.
5. Mileage on CNG is excellent. 200 KMs per cylinder in city, more on highway.
6.Is this normal for Baleno or somthing needs to be done to improve the pickup.

i m not sure but i had a similar problem. rpm increase hota tha but no pick then sudddenly a jhatka and car starts to accelerate. the problem was with my clutch. not really sure about urs though
