Smoke em headlamps?

Should I?? Im askin u guys because theres no turnin bak once its done. My light wala is askin 600 fr the job which I thk is justified, but in typical punjabi fashion I will try to bring dwn the price a lil hehe. Kher wat do u guys say?? Do it or not?

BTW: I own a 99 civic. Nd its shalimar rose. Will smoked headlamps suit the color??
