salam I m asking this question again as nobody has answered before..
my car ( coure ) locally cng fitted is doing good when driven single or 2 persons .. but when loaded like 4 persons the car doesnt give good pickup without a/c
and when driven with load car starts to cut on the right side else goes straight..

in refference to your 1st question:

any car laden with weight will be slower than one which is lighter so it's not a problem that your car is slow with 4 people in it (afterall 4 people in a CNg cuore make a huge impact to the power to weight ratio).

as for the 2nd problem:

it seems to me that you have alignment problems which seem to be more evident when the suspension is under load, and due to this it could be one of many problems so i'd suggest that rather than listen to our speculations/guesse you'd be better off going to a professional and getting it checked.
