as i also got some other problem after rain but thanx to ALLAH to let us solve myself.......after coming from severe water...we just stand our car and won't drive that till 4-5 days....when i start car and try to move it...its like someone caught that.......!
its the right most rear tyre's Brake shoes jammed with drum..as car was parked with wall...i have no access...finally after some strong attemps by 4 ppl....we let a space to get me in enough to work.......
after several hard strikes on all sides of drum....finally let that free......wuffffffff....thats takes so much of energy......
So thats NOTE:-NEVER EVER PUSH HAND BRAKES WHILE PARKING WHEN CAR CAME FROM HEAVY WATER ON ROADS...thats the HAND-BRAKES WHICH makes that......

actually it often happens, whenever i wash my car at night and run it early morning, that abestos/brake shoes stick to rear brake drums, reason being rust, thin film of dust and the particles of brake shoes. get rear drums serviced.

btw, my car odo displays 23k n last time i got them serviced @6k. brakes are pretty okay but i'll get them serviced once a find some time in a week or so, hopefully.

edit: forgot to mention, brake pads soak water and in turn swell.
