Some scraches on my car!

plz help me kisi ne meri civic k trunk par scaches daaal diye hain,,scraches bohat ziada lagta hai kisi ne pencil yan nail se kharab kia hai.....mere father ne mujhe bataya hai k paint ko koi effect nahi howa lekin jab sunlight trunk par parti hai to scraches nazar aatain hain..so plz help me hpw to remove scraches from my car's trunk???

It looks like the scratches are superficial as they are visble only during the sunlight.
There is a thing called "compound", painters use it after painting. Rub it on the part, it will remove the scratches, then wax it. The scratches will be gone.
Be very careful to use the compound as it removes the paint. I will advise you to go to a painter and let him do it for you.
