Somethings wrong with my gli

hey guyz i need ur help, i have a corolla 2005.
sometimes when i press the accelrater even if car is static or moving i get this weird "eco" sound, the sound comes even if i hold down the clutch. this sound is different from the timing belt sound which usually comes wen the belt is dry..

better take the car to a mechanic. cause no one can understand what u r trying to say
