Sony mp3 player black front

i bought this sony mp3 player 4 months back ... its new model ,cdx3300 or something like that. black front, with closing door to cd slot,,,,,,,,,,, from Y block DHA LHR sony shop. the other day i was looking at sony catalog, saw same with remote control.next to pic.... my question is do these come will remote or one has to buy remote optional. how come i never got remote with mine???

it usually depends on the player, two players may look same but might have slight variations and thus slightly different names. one variation could be the ability to work with a remote. other wise it may also be that the shop owner didn't give u the remote to save himself some money. check out whether the model no of the player u saw online are the same or vary slightly. if they vary then it might be that ur one does not come with a remote. but if they r the same then ask the shop keeper for the remote
