Speed Limiter In Honda Civic 98 EX

Well i have a honda civic 98 EX it goes till 180 kmh and after that it start applying brakes we can feel the brakes and on down hill same 180 not 181 even
and i want to knowis there any thing that we can do to unlock its speed limiter???
can i do something wid ma car??
i m in Canada so dn't tell me about ny mechanics...lolzzzz

is there ny other mechanical work or ny fuse which v can remove to get rid of speed limiter???
