Speed problem

have 97 mehran , in 2nd gear the car doesnt gain speed when i engaged the gear and after few second it gains speed and same is with 3rd and 4th gear , tuning has just been performed, plz help

clutch plate ya pressure plate having problams....so get it fixed....buy a complete set...dont buy single thing....cuz after few months other thing will go wrong and also will make weaker the new replaced part what ever it will be clutch or pressure plate
