Starting Problem

Starting Problem

I am not able to start my Charade 88. On CNG I have to press on accelerator and it start after 3 to 5 cranks. It doesn't even start on Petrol, even with or without accelrator .

The thing I saw on the coil is that there two point on the side, and there is only one wire connected to one point. The other doesn't have any wire connected. Is there a wire missing? what is the second point for? Yes there is a wire that goes from a coil to the distributor.

Waiting for your expert opinions.

does your cars performance reduce when the engine reaches operating temperatures? If Yes get the tappets adjusted. Cars running on CNG need to have their tappets adjusted at least every three months. Tell the mechanic to adjust the intake tappets to .0010mm and exhaust .0012mm for summer and .0008mm/.0010mm for winter. DO NOT CHANGE ANY PLUGS/COILS AND IGNORE MECHANICS SUGGESTIONS REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
