Starting Problem in morning time

Starting Problem in morning time

Charade 1981 model 1000 cc with 35 power battery facing starting problem in morning time on petrol, otherwise works fine on CNG during rest of day. Contacted autoelectrician, who suggested to replace battery with CNG 45 power costing around Rs. 1900/-. Someone also suggested to replace with reconditioned battery manufactured by few autoelectrcians at their own shops which will cost less as compared to new one. Can someone advise, if replacement is necessary, will reconditioned battery work fine or purchase of new one is necessary.
