Steering vibration @ 50mph

when i get to the speed of 50 55 the car steering vibrates ..got checked by two different wheel shops one suggested tyres r gone .. other told abt rims..

can sumbody here give better suggestion what actually could be the problem is ?

and yeah when the car is loaded..this prb reduces and vibration is not felt as much as driving singly..

car is cuore.
