STEERING WHEEL PROBLEM

I got my corolla 2.0d deisel pump and nozzle servised a week back but yesterday my steering fluid oil bagan to leak.I took it to the mechanic and he said that my steering kit has leaked and needs to be changed.
He changed the kit and now the steering wheel is hard to turn.He now says taht the pump is weak.I am fed up with these mechanics.wat should i do?

The kit cost 2000
mechanic 1000
kharadia 800
and still my car is in **** condition.ANY SOLOUTIONS YAROON!!!

thinking about kabli stuff as the new steering wheel rack costs Rs 70,000/-.
I am really stuck in a mess!!!
Any good mechanics who can help me get kabli stuff prefebly near DHA OR walton!!
