Steering wheel vibration

All,
As compared to patrol, is noticable vibration in the car steering normal on CNG over the same RPM ?

or.. can we get 100% vibration free car on CNG ?

on patrol if your car is tuned... there is almost 0 vibration..

ofcourse i am talking about relativly new vehicals with 10,20 k on the ado meter.
