Steermatic on CNG

Steermatic on CNG

City 1.5L Steermatic cannot be converted to CNG because of its CVT transmission. Is that true? Can anbody guide me on that?

Its not about being able to convert it as the you just have to fit the gas intake somehwhere between the air intake and the engine and that's all it takes, its about being able to tune it in a manner that makes it bearable.......I haven't talked to anyone who has a steermatic on cng directly....... but a cuz was telling me that many guyz in his office have thrown away the cng kits after trying everything possible to make it work........... and he has bought out an idsi for the second time instaed of a steermatic just bc of this......... I hoe someone who has one on this forum would be able to guide you better...........
