Strange problem with stering / mechenical or what?

Just bought a second hand city 2005... there is a strange problem with its stering ..

it is automatic power stering featured car and there is no problem with the EPS system at all ... but still the stering is very hard and you loose grip and it moves by itself while driving..

i am not sure what to do and what not ?

went to authorized honda dealer .. they are A Hooles .. they said there is no way to repair this stering buy a new one worth 60k .. hell man why the hell i spend 60k more for a new one ..

i went to a small mechanic he said its a work of "Kharadia" who works in stering ..

can anyone suggest or advice what and where should i go for this thing .. really worried.
