Strange sound

hi all i have a suzuki margalla 1995 model there is a strange sound like grrrr while accelerating like if speed is above 40km/h and in 3rd gear its fine even if i push hard or soft but if the speed is 50km/h in 4th gear it makes a sound of grrrrr while accelerating if paddle pushed half or full way down on slight push its fine but as u know it would take ages to take speed....rest of the pick & millage are fine i change oil on time @ 2000 caltex with blue cap red in color. i am in lahore so ppl tell me what to do....btw i hav also got its gear oil checked & it was slightly low but now its full.....thanx
