Strange voice in accord 1987

my car has a 4 year old PAGET kit with no emulator or advancer as its carbeurated. the engine is A16A1. the prob is that when i listen to the sound of engine there is a sound like PHUS PHUS PHUS as if air is leaking out. the exhaust sound is not smooth just like PHUK PHUK PHUk. this may sound funny but it really is like that. the engine has also never been opened.

get tappet adjustment done first. it will solve the problem. if not then you need to get the value seats, guides, seals and values replaced. inn simple words your car needs a valve job
