Suggession need for AC please help

Assalaam.o.alaikum,

Hi guys , i have charade 84 Model Reg 1994, i am planning to get AC for my due to hot weather in karachi, please suggest me can i go for this, will my car run AC properly or engine can load it ? ? ?
