Suggestion needed to modify Civic

HI guys,

i'm planing to Modify a Car, Which car you recommend me to Modify,

Honda Civic 89-90
Honda Civic 95

if you recommend 89-90 then i want to replace the stock engine with some powerful 1, Like H22/B16b don't know alot bout Engines

Plz guide me. (specially Levin, SER_GTR, STORM & Other Seniors)

I would suggest Civic 95. Best of luck and wait for some experiecned members to join and dont forget to keep this post updated in order to get good suggestion.
