Suggestion required regarding swapping

Salam all members
I am looking for a swap in my corolla 90 currently running 2E engine EE90.
I need your opinion regarding the swap that which engine will i go for?
I need economy more than power
which EFI engine do u suggest that will fit with minimum alteration and providing good economy on cng in daily running.
Secondly if anyone with swapping experience would tell me about the time it would take for the entire process ,the approx cost and any complexities?
i don't have any mechanic in my view that would be doing all this so i need help for all the process
